Suing ourselves? Thats Nuts

Oh, where did this come from? We are suing ourselves if we go forward with the lawsuit. This thinking is so wrong that is not worth to remark upon.  But I will remark upon it.

Of course before we go any further there is the smart choice to opt-out and  then you have no body to answer to except your selves.

Now lets look at some examples of suing your selves. You are in a minor accident with your car who do you go to for redress? You have water damage in your condo, not your neighbors fault, who do you go to for redress? You slip on the wet side walk in front of the club house, who do you go to for redress? You slip on the wet sidewalk in front of your Condo, who do you go to for redress?

The answer in all cases is the same. You file a claim with the Insurance Company, the one you are paying premiums to, in Essence yourself. You are suing your self!

So this is the way it works. The insurance is not going to Cancel you or raise your premiums out of site.

The Insurance Companies are in the business of Premiums and Claims. They need customers, they want Customers. They exist for Customers.

People who say and believe that they should not put any claims in are fooling themselves. They are paying premiums without any chance of getting redress.

They are thinking like David Israel, who I cannot believe is thinking at all!

Tipping point? Exactly what does that mean? Does it mean that the Memorial WIfI effort of D.Israel is about to tip over and disappear? Then I am all for it. Tip away!!

No thanks to Volunteers

No Volunteers need apply.

No thank you. We don't need volunteers. All jobs are full and we are satisfied with who we have. Thanks for Volunteering, but no thanks.

This is the attitude of the Wellington Federation. This is the attitude of UCO. To be an acceptable volunteer for UCO you must be of the correct political stripe. You must be Worthy

To be a Volunteer for the Wellington Federation you must dislodge the people that have been there for decades. These people, although they can bearly handle the jobs they have. Refuse to quit and leave in some fresh faces with fresh ideas.  As a matter of fact they cannot bear to relinquish any authority or power.

So No Volunteers need apply.

Perpetuity means no longer than 75 years!

Perpertuity means forever. Or it means for 75 years. Or it means 50 years.

It means what ever the participants agree to. There are instances where large donations were given to public institutions with the understanding that Perpetuty will last for 75 years, or even 50 years. Or even while the last Grandchild is alive.

So Perpetuity can be defined and redefined to suit the agreeing parties.

So what happens if the parties do not agree? Can the standard dictionary meaning be abrogated. Can it be changed to meet the needs of one party and not the other.

Absolutely not!

So the argument over the Golf course continues.

A Incident at The Club House

It is quite amazing that you never know when your sins are going to punish you, or for that matter, maybe it won't be you.

About 4 years ago the Operations Committee, headed by David Israel did the usual work of this committee. One of the things they did was to approve the Club House Elevator Service contract. But of course they did not think it through or completely.

Now fast forward to Monday November 14, 2014. The elevator stops working. The Elevator needs service. But we don't have a 24 by 7 contract, and it is evening. So there is no service till the next day.

The card room, which is located on the 2nd floor is full of card players 75-90 years old. Many of them can not walk the stairs. So for the lack of a little foresite the Police, Firemen and EMS are called in to help. They carry everybody down the stairs, this was, for many of them, a very frightening  and stressful experience.

Had the Operations committee done their job diligently 4 years ago, none of this would of happened. Had they included 24 by 7 service, like they should of, non of this would of happened.

I can only guess at the modif or thinking that must of occurred at this meeting to eliminate the 24 by 7 service. Had this not occured this incident would of been avoided entirely. Maybe it was miserly thinking. Maybe it was the usual uncaring thinking. I leave it to my readers to decide.

At any event the 24 by 7 service was not included!

A wonderful story

Subject: Fwd: A great Jewish Bronx tale...
To: Seymour Gordon <dobskins@aol.com>, Myron Solomon <myronsolomon561@gmail.com>

This is quite a story….please read on…

The South Bronx in 1950 was the home of a large and thriving community, predominantly Jewish. In the 1950s the Bronx offered synagogues, mikvas, kosher bakeries, and kosher butchers - all the comforts one would expect from an observant Orthodox Jewish community

The baby boom of the postwar years happily resulted in many new young parents. As a matter of course, the South Bronx had its own baby equipment store, Sickser's.  Sickser's was located on the corner of Westchester and Fox, and specialized in "everything for the baby" as its slogan ran. The inventory began with cribs, baby carriages, playpens, high chairs, changing tables, and toys. It went way beyond these to everything a baby could want or need. Mr. Sickser, assisted by his son-in-law Lou Kirshner, ran a profitable business out of the needs of the rapidly expanding child population.

The language of the store was primarily Yiddish, but Sickser's was a place where not only Jewish families but also many non-Jewish ones could acquire the necessary for their newly arrived bundles of joy. Business was particularly busy one spring day, so much so that Mr. Sickser and his son-in-law could not handle the unexpected throng of customers. Desperate for help, Mr. Sickser ran out of the store and stopped the first youth he spotted on the street. "Young man," he panted, "how would you like to make a little extra money? I need some help in the store. You want to work a little?" The tall, lanky black boy flashed a toothy smile back. "Yes, sir, I'd like some work."  "Well then, let's get started."

The boy followed his new employer into the store. Mr. Sickser was immediately impressed with the boy's good manners and demeanor. As the days went by and he came again and again to lend his help, Mr. Sickser and Lou both became increasingly impressed with the youth's diligence, punctuality, and readiness to learn.  Eventually Mr. Sickser made him a regular employee at the store. It was gratifying to find an employee with an almost soldier-like willingness to perform even the most menial of tasks, and to perform them well. From the age of 13 until his sophomore year in college, this young man put in from 12 to 15 hours a week, at 50 to 75 cents an hour.  Mostly, he performed general labor: assembling merchandise, unloading trucks and preparing items for shipments.  He seemed, in his quiet way, to appreciate not only the steady employment but also the friendly atmosphere Mr.Sickser's store offered.  Mr. Sickser and Lou learned in time about their helper's Jamaican origins and he in turn picked up a good deal of Yiddish.

In time the young man was able to converse fairly well with his employers, and more importantly, with a number of the Jewish customers whose English was not fluent.  At the age of 17, the young man, while still working part-time at Sickser's, began his first semester at City College of New York. He fit in just fine with his, for the most part, Jewish classmates, hardly surprising, considering that he already knew their ways and their language.

But the heavy studying in the engineering and, later, geology courses he chose proved quite challenging. The young man would later recall that Sickser's offered the one stable point in his life those days.

In 1993, in his position as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, two years after he guided the American victory over Iraq in the Gulf War, General Colin Powell visited the Holy Land. Upon meeting Israel's Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir in Jerusalem, he greeted the Israeli with the words "Men kent reden Yiddish" (We can speak Yiddish).

As Shamir, stunned, tried to pull himself together, the current Secretary Of State continued chatting in his second-favorite language. Colin Powell never forgot his early days working at Sickser's.

Have a wonderful day!

2015 Budget and problems

So there are many things going on that involve our monies. None of them good. The budget is being worked on. There appears to be a need, a wish perhaps too raise our payments. This cannot happen without a Delegate Assembly vote. But you can bet your bidy they will try.

For now, you Associations, pay the same amount in 2015 as you did in 2014. Pay no more!

More info at the Messenger Club meeting on Sunday November 30 at 3 PM Room C - Club House.

The idea of a a blended rate cannot just be passed on to us based on the Treasurer's thinking, or David Israel's wishes or demands. There has to be  a vote. A vote by the Delegate Assembly.

As a matter of fact  the found $700,000  (which is actually $1.4 million, 2 times 700,000) should really go as a credit against next years budget not this years. Which will mean a reduction in fees.

All of this will be explained in detail at the next Messenger Club meeting. Which is Sunday November 30 at 3 PM Room C - Club House.

Good Business or not.

It is hard to understand but it appears so. The Great Wizard, the Great Wizard of OZ has no knowledge of what happens in a business environment. viz a viz salary increase and decreases.

Otherwise he would have known that the Guards salary are tied to the  posted salary of Guards Management. They can not both be the same.

So either Israel doesn't know the difference or doesn't care about the difference. Either way the Guards are taking a beating, by having their salaries reduced.

And Israel knew nothing about it!

Are we happy with the unhappy guards?

So how would you like to take a Social Securiy deduction of 25% which may be the amount the Guards have taken. I see a completely uncareing David Israel in this.

Dictionary Meanings

From Gary's Galactic Blog

In reply to Petey boy. Be it known we, the Malcontents, the champions, the firebrands do not make the trouble, yes, we follow it. You can look at us as the modern day King Arthur Knights. Quick to spot a injustuce and quick to do something about it.

Meaning of Contretemps:
argument, quarrel, squabble, disagreement, difference of opinion, dispute;

Meaning of Malcontents:
Champion, firebrand, partisan, reformer, fighter

Meaning of Picruise:
a foolish or stupid person.
"that ass of a young man"
synonyms: fool, idiot, dolt, simpleton, imbecile;

A Police State has arisen

CENTURY VILLAGE HAS NOW BEEN RELEGATED TO A POLICE STATE.

We are now being dictated to by WPRF in conjunction with UCO.

The Messenger Club which was formed to give the residents the facts about the machinations occurring in Century Village has now been banned from using the party room for meetings in which food is served.  It appears that according to WPRF, it is perfectly legal to allow The Democratic Club,  United Order of True Sisters, The Italian club, Latin American Club and various others clubs too numerous to mention, to hold meetings in the party room and serve food because  these clubs are  considered (SOCIAL) clubs, and The Messenger Club is not.  The other club barred was The Presidents Umbrella Club which held it last meeting today, with food supplied by two informative vendors.
According to Schedule “2” to the Millennium UCO amendment operating agreement, THE COMMITTEE (UCO) SHALL HAVE INPUT INTO ALL MATTERS AFFECTING THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CV-WPB FACILITY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ADOPTION OF REASONABLE RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE UTILIZATION OF MEETING ROOMS, COSTS OF THE OPERATION OF THE CV-WPB FACILITY, AND PROGRAMMING POLICY IN THE ENTERTAINMENT AND RECREATION ACILITIES PORTION OF THE CV-WPB FACILITY.

In plain English, this means that when WPRF makes or changes rules affecting the residents, it is with the agreement of (UCO).
Now, Did WPRF check with our esteemed President David Israel before changing these rules or did WPRF make the rules arbitrarily without consulting UCO;  either way it stinks of rotten fish.  If WPRF made the changes without notifying UCO, they violated the operating agreement.  If they did consult David Israel, the question arises, did David bring this to the UCO officers or did he make this decision by himself. To the best of my knowledge, the officers were not given input to this decision; therefore,  David  Israel has again become the sole arbiter of (UCO) which means he can do what the fxxk he wants, and you can’t do sxxt about it.
Post note:  I did see Eva Rachesky about this discriminatory ruling, and a concession was made. The Messenger Club and The President’s Umbrella club will be allowed to use the Art room which has an approximate capacity of 40 to 50 people for meetings when food is served.
Thank Heaven for little concessions.

Poem

A nice poem.

Tho’ much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield

Gated Cameras

An interesting thing happened yesterday or the day before. The Gate Cameras stopped streaming. This means they stopped working. The Camera Master was unaware of this until Clarence alerted him to the fact that the stream was stopped.

Then the Camera master** reset the stream and all is well for now.

So my question is who is watching the Cameras? (Who is watching the store?) Are they being watched in real time, in past time, or whenever they are needed? Or not needed?

Who is watching? When are they watching? What is the watch rules?

Right now it seems to be Clarence.

**Camera Master=David Israel

Here is an answer from smart boy Picruise, known in other circles as Petey Boy

"Hi Dave. Thanks for restarting the web streaming. Fortunately, the security cameras were working all along, just the web streaming on the blog stopped. Gary and the malcontents and trash queen wannabes can go on to other complaints."
November 18, 2014 at 10:59 AM

So my question still stands. Who is watching?  The Cameras recording with no one watching, means the cameras are used as history and are not used for real time observation. Is this what we wanted?

Witnessed

Earlier I posted a remark about how Marilyn G. challenged the right of Ed Grossman to be in the CONGREAGATION ANSHEI SHOLOM and ask to talk with the President. The following is the record as reported by a witness;

"I was present the morning is question. The question Marilyn asked what was Mr. Grossman doing here. This question was directed to our president of the congregation. Mr. Grossman who was greeting members of the congregation as they exited the sanctuary. Mr. Grossman I believe asked to speak to rabbi Korman. The rabbi may have told Mr. Grossman to see him at the conclusion of our services. Mr. David   Israel is not a member of our congregation and neither is Mr. Grossman. Congregation Anshei Sholom has never expelled anyone from our services. Anyone is allowed to enter and worship with us. Rabbi Korman may not have known why mr Grossman wanted to see him. I believe that rabbi Korman told Mr. Edward Grossman that the rabbi cannot get involved in village politics. After that several arguments broke out and i don't really know what else took place.   George m Nathan, member of the board of trustees of congregation anshei Sholom. I should have responded to this message much sooner.  I am trying to clear up old stuff and delete from my email list."

Delegate Assemby's Chair

In plainer terms, if you have not bothered to prepare, read, listen, or attend meetings to gather information, the Delegate Assembly is not the place to go to square one with elementary questions, and a lot of whining about having the right to speak and demonstrate your ignorance.

So says ElaineB

But just exactly what does she mean? Is she speaking for the Administration?

You bet she is. The message here is be prepared to rush to judgement. If the delegates say NO and Israel say  YES, then the rushing is not so much. No Whining when you cannot get enough time to say what you think, to ask questions or just comment. The Chair rules. The delegates are just there to follow Israel's lead, quietly. Or else!.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The delegates should be the lead, UCO should be doing as the Delegate's say. The Delegates should run their own Assembly. It certainly should not  be Chaired by a man who has an agenda, that may or may not line up with what the Delegates want. He, if his agenda is in jjepardy,  will start to electioneer for his Agenda from the Chair. Wrong and competely unacceptable!

As a matter of fact the President of UCO should not be the Delegate Assembly's Chair. It should be some body completely independent, and with NO agenda.

How about Randy Bouchard?

Flummoxed again, again

So now that I am totally flummoxed, again, and as some more information surfaces. I write some more.

The first is that with the magical move of $700,000 from its hidden spot in the budget to its not so hidden spot. Is there a tax liability there? Is this some sort of profit? Remember we are a not for Profit entity. Did anybody check this out before the magical move? I don't think so!

How about the blending of charges? Did we have a delegate vote on that? I don't think so! So who gave the power in charge to do this if we, the Delegates did not? Was it  Ed Black? David Israel? Olga? Did Mr.O'Brien take it upon himself to do this?

I will tell you. Nobody gave the OK for that little change. That is nobody that is a majority of the Delegates. That is a Majority vote from the DA.

In some circles this is known as cooking the books. In Century Village Bloggasphere is it known as good sensible business. This is the way the Powers in charge like it. This is the way David Israel likes it.

It may seem sly and sneaky, but if it is OK with the head Wizard, then, dammit, it is OK with the balance of CV.

But it is not! And should not be!

Just where did the money disappear to?? And where did they find it with out affecting a penny in the budget??

And what about the WiFi money. Mr. O'Brien moved it out and then back into the W#iFi budget slot. Without a Vote by the Delegates. Not Good.

Maybe we need a Town Hall meeting to air all this out. Or maybe all we need is an Investigation by Pam Bondi the Attorney General.

Maybe, after thinking a little harder, the answer to our problems is to get the AG's office to run a full scale investigation into UCO and all its machinations, financial and otherwise. That could straighten out all our difficulties and injustices.

Why not?

Gary

Flummoxed again

I don't know about you people, my readers, but I am flummoxed by the flimflam going on about the reserve short fall.

Do we have have a short fall? Are the reserves in the hole millions?  Or are we up to date in CV City?

Two Delegate assemblies ago, we were told,,  woe is us,  we have  reserves that are deep in the minus and this is no good and we must do something about it, About it now! To the tune of a monthly increase of nearly  $15 per unit.

Then at the next DA we were told the reserve problems are fixed. Our reserves are right where they belong. No more worries folks.

So, tell me, how did this magical change happen? Where did the money come from? Where did it go in the first place?

The powers that be will not answer this. Or they cannot answer this.

But we, as Citizens of CV,  as owners of UCO, as the final Board of Directors,  should know. So why not tell us what shenanigans were done to make approximately $1.5 million disappear in one month and Reappear the next.

I have always thought, and said so. UCO is run by a Wizard.

But I kept hoping it was not the Wizard of Oz.

And more. Please do not forget our Treasurer is a practicing Forensic Accountant. But so is Ed Grossman. Why don't these 2 guys, sit down together, peaceably, and explain this dilemma to us?

And don't forget this slight of hand was done without moving any of the WiFi monies stored for a future fiasco.

The Paving job backed up by Delegate Comments

So the culmination of the Delegates Vote on the Paving job is just this.

A vote was actually held, but only on Part 2. Part 1 was signed before it was brought to the delegates, if it ever was.

Part 2 was brought to the Delegates for the OK. No mention of cracks, or poor outcome. The discussion centered on monies. The discussion was moderated by the Chair.

Much pressure was put on the Delegates to OK this portion and eventually they did.

So now that the truth is out and is part of the history of this $5 million dollar lawsuit. The Chair in his infinite wisdom says we are suing ourselves. Another lie.

We are suing UCO, who,  in the Wise mans view,  should be, in fact is, in charge of Century Village, or so he thinks. - I don't

Forgetting of course that that is putting the cart before the horse and makes no sense. UCO was set up to be our, Century Village, contracting and buying arm. That is a good idea.

Turning it around the other way is nothing more than a Power Grab and must be stopped.

Are the Delegates up to it?

Some Comments from our viewers:

The latest from Grace and her Friend D. Israel.
A Delegate has left a new comment on your post "The Paving job backed up by Delegate Comments":

I'm laughing so hard it hurts. Gracie posted her story again on David's blog about delegates being responsible for the lousy paving. And guess what? David responded by saying anything on the malcontents blog is not worth discussion. Ha, Ha, Ha. Poor Gracie doesn't get it. David is trying to shut her up because she is getting too much air play and David is sinking deeper and deeper into the pile of DOO DOO. What a Hoot! Keep it up Gracie.

Holy Geronimo!!! --- you've just approached the tip of the iceberg. When it comes to lies, may I remind you and your readers of my thoughts posted on Friday, October 31, 2014, entitled "YOU TALK ABOUT ISRAEL'S LIES......OKAY, LET'S TALK."

Israel enjoys throwing people out of meetings for looking at him cross-eyed. If he were thrown out of every Delegates' Meeting in which he lied, there would be a brown stain on the permanent empty chair where he parks his carcass.

It's funny, really funny, that nobody disagrees with you or me regarding Israel's prevarications that even would cause Pinocchio to blush

The first phase was  a contract signed by David Israel only, therefore , the delegates only voted for the second half. I attended that meeting and was never informed if I voted yes, the cracks would come back. The only portion of the paving job that was voted on was the Phase 2; and that was done only after much pressure had been applied by the person(s) responsible for the first phase.

Yes, let's assume that Gracie is telling the truth. This means that at a Delegate Assembly, David Israel gave the delegates a choice to vote "YES" for the paving and the cracks would return or vote "NO" for the paving. Or else David asked the Delegates to vote "Yea or Nay" WITHOUT telling them the contractor could not guarantee the job and the cracks would return. . Did David really gave them one of these choices? I think you fell in the shit this time Gracie.

Grace is be the dumbest person on earth and as much a liar as her lover David Israel. She once wrote on his blog that SHE was at a meeting with the paving contractor and was told to do the job right they must dig up the old paving. She goes on to blame the delegates for the lousy paving because they voted to do the job cheap. She says the delegates voted to approve the road paving knowing full well that the cracks would come back. I have been a delegate for 10 years and attended all the meeting and never voted to pave the roads knowing the cracks would come back. Let's assume for a moment Grace's stupid statement is true. This means that David Israel asked the delegates to approve the road paving knowing full well that cracks would begin to appear and the job would be a failure. No matter how you slice it, David Israel is fully responsible for the failure of the road paving.

I find it quite comical, very silly, and downright stupid for Dave to call his blog OUR Village. Who is OUR??? We used to have a website that belonged to the village, and everyone who was a resident was allowed to post on it, unless they refused to follow the very few, simple rules. Even then, they were given 3 separate warnings before they were ever banned from posting. This thing that the self proclaimed magnificent one OWNS, is nothing more than a joke and a slap in the face to all residents of this village. I doubt Mr. Levy would condone this exclusion of people who have done nothing other than disagree with the person (I won't use the word 'man', because it doesn't fit) who is working tirelessly to try to be the controller of this village and all of the people who live in it. I sincerely do not believe that this was the dream Mr. Levy, or any of us who have been here a lot longer than D.I. had for this village.

Hen House Woes

Here is  a shortlist of blatant lies by The President of UCO or his minions. Taken from Israel's private blog, page 1. Each and every one can be verified by just perusal of his private blog. It is all there.

Delegates are faulted by the lousy Paving job, contracted out by UCO. The Delegates did it. The truth is that they were misled, as is usual,  by the chair.

The so called Malcontent blog, this Public Blog is getting Google messages as untrustworthy. Not true. What is worse of all is that it is  not true, but the Great One is his wisdom leaves the posting up. He just keeps telling this lie over and over and over again.

Wi-Fi hot spots are bad and leave the sender opened to armed people from the Trailer Park to bang on his door. That is a ridiculous lie. The trailer park is to far away to see any wifi from Century Village. Precisely what armed people? Those that live in CV? (We have plenty)

I see Israel has a short posting about the Secret By-Law changes, that a vote is to be held last Friday. Not True, we don't even see what the changes are to be. We haven't see any By-Law changes yet.

And last Elaine Brown telling us that all new ideas must be vetted by UCO. That is like telling us chickens that the Fox guarding the hen house is for the chickens own good.

Gary

It is time to rid ourselves of Liars, Tinpot Dictators, people with agendas that are against the Best Interests of CV. Recall him; Term Limit Him; throw out the Bum!

And take his Minions with him!

Lacking the 4 Freedoms, what do we do?

THE FOUR FREEDOMS

On January 6, 1941, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, in his State of the Union address assured ALL citizens that there were four freedoms guaranteed to all. Two of them are guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution in the first amendment. The four freedoms are:

Freedom of Speech
Freedom of Worship
Freedom from Want
Freedom from Fear

Those of us who are old enough to remember the Saturday Evening Post may remember the four Norman Rockwell paintings that adorned its’ magazine covers in February and March of 1943.

SO - - -

Why is it that here in the 21st century in Century Village, West Palm Beach, Florida we are not able to enjoy what has been guaranteed to us by the Constitution of the United States?

Freedom of Speech – was denied to more than one individual at the Delegate Assembly meeting this past Friday. Examples are – one person who was not even given the opportunity to speak at all; another who was interrupted mid-sentence and threatened with expulsion. Is this the atmosphere in which you wish to live? Are you not at all uncomfortable knowing that your words, your thoughts, your ideas cannot be heard at either an open meeting of the community or in its’ newspaper? I know for sure that I am more than uncomfortable.

Freedom from Fear – why should any individual who lives in this community tell another, I wanted to get up but I was afraid. I didn’t want to be ridiculed or disrespected or booed or told to sit down. I didn’t want to be threatened with expulsion. Is this the atmosphere in which you wish to live?

And then here in the United States of America there is another freedom that is part of our society. It’s called Freedom of Assembly. And that my friends and neighbors is another Freedom that has been denied to some individuals in Century Village. And why is that so? Why should a resident of this community not be permitted to hold a meeting at the Clubhouse? Why should a resident of this community have to hold meetings at the Library or at a house of worship when we have facilities available to us in our very own Clubhouse? A Clubhouse for which we pay every single cent of the expenses including salaries and benefits for all of the employees and let us not forget the fact that we pay RENT in addition to the expenses.

If you feel as I do it is important that you make yourself heard. Write letters to the UCO Reporter, make telephone calls to the UCO office 683-9189, attend Committee meetings at the UCO office just outside the Okeechobee Blvd. gate, and perhaps most important of all, ATTEND THE DELEGATE ASSEMBLY MEETINGS and speak to and vote on the issues that are presented.

Right now the only open forums you have are Esthers blog and garys blog . Write to us we will publish you. If we get enough Posts and Comments we can bend the world. Right now we are being read by many of the UCO Gang - Gary

What Israel wants

So exactly what does the President of UCO want? And how does he go about getting it? Here is a short list of 10 things that the Wizard wants and that he will go out of his way to get. I am not saying the Villagers want any of this, I am only saying what does the Great and Vociferous One want.

Village wide wi-Fi, t any cost. Actually we don't know the cost. We are saving for the expense,, but have no ideas as to the actual cost. $1million dollars?, $2 Million dollars or more. Who knows? Who is saying. This is a not a plan, it is more a wish. The great thinker doesn't care. His attitude is that wait, the money keeps rolling in. It is like a Horn of Cornucopia,

He wants to control the Committee Memberships and therefore the outcome of any Committee Vote. He has this, he has hired and fired and not accepted any Volunteer that opposes him. Good, intelligent volunteers have been denied Committee membership only because of their opposition to some thing that His Chairmanship feels he wants or needs.

Coming along with this is the Freedom of Speech initiative. He don't allow it and he don't like it. Examples of this can be seen at the Assembly where he shuts down speakers and if they don't shut down down fast enough he has them ejected. The ejectee has no right to object.

There is another little thing that Israel controls, which most people wouldn't know about. That is Freedom of Assembly. Ever hear of it? It is the freedom to congregate, the Freedom to have meetings. Here the Nasty Little Person can control the access to meeting rooms and meeting places through his vassal Eva R. Eva R runs the WPRFs properties and as such is in charge of the meeting rooms at the Club House. She gives permission or denial for access to meeting rooms at the Club House. She apparently does this with DI's approval. Another area of the Tin Man's (no heart) control.

He has control of unsolicited changes to the By-Laws and Articles of incorporation. He, in his great wisdom,  has decided to change both. His reason is they are both old (30-40 years old) the Constitution is 238 yers old, no body wants to change it, but the Great One wants to change both our core documents. Who asked? Who wants this beside His Chairmanship? Did the Assembly ask for it? NO!

To use his home address as the legal address of UCO strikes me as chauvinistic and is basically wrong.

To change the By-Laws because they are "old" 40 years "old" is just plain arrogant.

I wonder if he has ulterior reasons in mind. Something that he wants, but the Assembly has not thought of yet and doesn't know they want and need.

Lastly I give you one reason to terminate this man. Poor Leadership.  He is terrible at leadership. Look at the Road Fiasco. Look at the way the DA runs out of control. Look at the derisivness that exists in the Village, mainly becuse of Der Bingo's leadership.

It is time for a change. Lets Vote yes on term limits and rule Him out of office. Lets do it now!
