Outrageous

Take a closer look at the By-Law that the Great One is using, with the aid of his Lawyer-on-a-lease, to justify his latest attack on our liberties.

Please note that the interpretation by Israel/Tennyson cabal is that the Executive Committee or is it the Officers committee have the last word on what is sent to the Delegates for consideration.

Or to put it another way the Delegates have the right to a Yes or No a vote only if the Executive Committee wants to send it to the Delegates. If the Executive Committee wants No they can have it, period.

Or if the Powers that be don't like the by-law change, or anything else that should  be presented to Delegate Assembly they don't have to present it.

Or to put it another way. The final say is with David Israel, not with the Delegates. If he deems it necessary to present an item to the Delegates then we have the right to say yes or no to it. But if it isn't presented then the up or down vote lies with the Committees, ONLY!

What is right about that? That seems to say that every vote that any committee says no to is not to be presented to the Delegates.

Or some votes never reach the Delegates. Yes or No. Such as the stripping contract. Or if they do reach the delegates, they are touted as so good they cannot be turned down, such as the Security Contract.

Slowly, but surely, the President is gathering and getting more power and all at the expense of the Delegates. This must not be allowed to happen!!!
