A proposal was put in to move the Budget forward to sometime in the Spring to allow the Snowbirds to be involved. This does not have to be a big deal. In fact we have done this before. I think the last budget passed was delayed 2 months, until December. Since the Snowbirds arrive here in November. Just delay of 1 month should be adequate.
A better idea would be 1 vote per Unit Owner.
