Liberties removed

Below is  taken from my Email stream. The subject is that the security of our Village is being run by  a man that has no right to run anything in this Village. He is just like any other ordinary person. But worse yet where does UCO or WPRF get the the right , the permissions, to intrude on our Liberties. Read it and weep. Or better yet read it and do something about it.

Hello Ed,

I am shocked by this email.  Is this not against the law?  Can’t the Sheriff’s Dept. do something to stop this insanity?  I am under the impression that if cameras are in use, the law states there must be a notice posted.  Any objection to my posting this email from you on our bulletin board, or my passing out a copy to the residents in my building?  I think all residents need to be informed about this.

I await your answer. 

The answer, according to Federal Law, is that you must disclose that you are taking pictures and recording. At the April Delegates meeting Barabra made a point asking the Messenger Club whether they were recording and placing in a public venue. Ed Grossman replied that UCO does not tell the Delegates that the Videos are going into the Public Venue, they are. As is the Messenger club Videos.

But what is happening with the results of the  illegal actions by UCO of taking everybody's picture as they enter the Club House. Where will they be published to? Facebook? Youtube? The Very private Blog? The UCO Recorder? The Palm Beach Post?

THANKS FOR THE UPDATE.

NOW FOR THE NEW DICTATORSHIP TACTIC.

YESTERDAY WHEN I DROPPED  OFF FOUR WOMEN AT THE CLUBHOUSE I SOON GOT A DISTRESS CALL FROM RUTH. THE FOLLOWING ARE A BRIEF SUMMARY OF WHAT HAPPENED.

1)      RUTH CALLED AND TOLD ME WHEN THE LADIES PRESENTED THEIR PASSES THE GUARD CALLED THEM ALL BACK AND SAID FLASHING OF THE PASSES WAS NO LONGER ALLOWED.

2)      WE ARE ALL REQUIRED TO STOP AND PHYSICALLY PRESENT THEIR PASSES VERY CLOSE TO THE GUARD.

3)      THAT THE GUARDS WERE ORDERED BY ED BLACK TO RECORD THEIR CONVERSATIONS AND TAKE THEIR PICTURES.

4)      THESE ACTIONS ARE DONE BY TWO HIDDEN CAMERA,S ON IN THE BACK OF EACH SIDE OF THE DESK.

5)      THESE CAMERAS ARE HIDDEN AND THE GUARDS DO NOT INFORM ANYONE,

6)      THERE ARE NO SIGNS ADVISING ANYONE THAT THEY ARE BEING RECORDED OR FILMED.

7)      RUTH TOLD THE GUARD THAT SHE WAS OPPOSED TO BEING RECORDED OR RECORDED WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT.

8)      THE GUARD WAS RUDE SAYS HE DID NOT CARE THAT HE WAS UNDER ORDERS OF ED BLACK.

9)      RUTH RESPONDED WHO IS ED BLACK?

10)   ALL THE OTHER WOMEN  WERE UPSET AS WERE MANY OTHERS IN THE CARD ROOM WHEN THEY LEARNED THAT THEY WERE FILMED AND RECORDED WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE.

11)   I WENT TO THE CLUBHOUSE TO SEE FOR MYSELF.

12)   AL THE GUARD WAS  AT THE DESK.

13)   UPON MY ASKING ABOUT THIS  NON NOTICED ACT AL SAID THE FOLLOWING:

A)     HE WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE WHOLE THING.

B)      HE SHOWED ME THE HIDDEN CAMERAS.

C)      HE ACKNOWLEDGED THERE WAS NO DISCLOSURE OF  THIS PROCESS.

D)     HE CONFIRMED IT WAS ED BLACKS ORDERS.

E)      HE ADVISED ED BLACK WHO IGNORED HIM.

F)      HE SAID HE HAN NO OBJECTIONS TO MY RECORDING HIS ACTIONS OR WORDS.

G)     HE WANTED THE WORD TO GET OUT

H)     HE SAID HE WAS SO UPSET THAT COULD NO LONGER TAKE IT AND WAS LOOKING FOR A JOB.

I)        HE SAID TAKE IT UP WITH UCO.

J)       HE SAID THERE SOME SORT OF MEETING THIS WEEK WITH THE GUARDS.

K)      AL SAID MUCH MORE AND I ADVISED HIM THAT HE WILL BE FORMALLY INTERVIEWED BY THE CVMESSINGER FOR AN ARTICLE ON THIS SUBJECT.

L)       UPON ADVISING HIM OF THE ARTICLE I ALSO TOLD AL THAT THE CV MESSINGER WILL TAKE A PHOTO OF HIM AND FEATURE IT ALONG WITH THE ARTICLE AS HIS PICTURE JUST APPEARED IN THE UCO REPORTER.

M)   AL SAID YOUR FREE TO PRINT WHATEVER YOU WANT BUT HE  DID NOT WANT HIS PICTURE IN THE PAPER.

N)     AL WHEN QUESTION WHY IS HE IN THE UCO REPORTER BUT TO OBJECTS TO HIS PICTURE IN THE CV MESSENGER AL REPLIED HE DID NOT WANT HIS PICTURE IN THE UCO REPORTER AND EXPRESSED HIS OBJECTION TO THE POWERS THAT BE AND HE WAS ADVISED “YOUR JUST AN  EMPLOYEE AND YOU HAVE NO SAY IN THE MATTER”

IF THERE WAS ANY DOUBT THAT CENTURY VILLAGE HAS BECOME A POLICE STATE BEFORE, THERE CAN BE NO DOUBT NOW.

P.S. WHEN RUTH QUESTIONED THE GUARD SHE ASKED WHY MUST I STAY SO CLOSE AND WHY ARE YOU TAKING SO LONG. THE GUARD REPLIED I DO NOT SEE VERY WELL. IS THIS OUR PROTECTION? GUARDS WHO CAN NOT SEE AND CANNOT WALK? GREAT SITUATION WHEN EXPERIENCED  GUARDS WHO KNEW THE PEOPLE LEAVE THE NEW HIRES ARE RECRUITED FROM MORSE LIFE?  HE DOES NOT EVEN GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. GREAT JOB ED BLACK.
