HOW TO SHUT UP UNIT OWNERS -- JUST SAY "YOU'RE OUT OF ORDER."

Thirteen times the Dictator said to Olga Wolkenstein "YOU'RE OUT OF ORDER!"    1 3   T  I  M  E  S.

Dan Gladstone couldn't utter a single sentence before the Dictator said "YOU ARE NOW OUT OF ORDER!"

People of Century Village,  -- this man Israel is your president.  Is this the proper way a president of an organization having 7,854 Unit Owners is supposed to present himself?  Or, any organization for that matter?

NO, I don't think so,  -- not in a hundred years.

If you take a look at Robert's rules of Order, of which we are governed involving parliamentary procedures, 11th Edition, view "Good of the Order, General Good and Welfare, Open Forum."  In fact, Olga was not Out-of-Order,  -- not in any way.  If you take the time to read Robert's Rules in more detail, you'll clearly see that the dictatorial Israel was he, himself, clearly Out-of-Order by his actions.

For the life of me, I just don't get it.......the people, the Delegates and Non-delegates, just sit there and don't say a frigging word.  Are they afraid of Israel?  Are they too stupid to react?  Are they overusing their medications?  Are they too bashful to stand and tell Israel that they won't take what he's dishing out anymore?

WHAT?

How can you respect such a man who doesn't know how to act in situations requiring professionalism, leadership, patience and understanding?  How can you allow him to continue?  By his actions, he really needsto be taken out of his chair by a few men in white coats.  Let Israel then yell to them "YOU'RE OUT OF

ORDER" while they stuff him in an ambulance and he's still mumbling.

Lest we forget,  --- picture yourself now looking through a window at a man tied to the arms of a chair in an institution saying repeatedly "PLEASE BE SEATED"....."PLEASE BE SEATED"....."PLEASE BE SEATED."

That could be the very same man as our president of UCO saying that over and over while conducting a

Delegates' Meeting  ----  14 times he said  "PLEASE BE SEATED."   HELLO? 

The Delegates' Meeting is like going to a circus or a carnival.  The Dictator does not know how to keep order because, in reality, he just doesn't know how.  "Call 911, Al" is certainly not viable."  

He is so all about himself that he just doesn't realize that people do, in fact, have opinions and when they can be openly said.  It burns him up to listen to what some one else has to say about a particular subject.  Like a spoiled rotten child, he objects (and he has the gavel), but if YOU object, he'll say something like "This is not Parliament," or  "YOU'RE OUT OF ORDER," or, "PLEASED BE SEATED,"  or  " TURN OFF THEIR MIKES," or, the storm trooper tactics "CALL 911, AL."

It just doesn't make any good sense to keep this dictator in office.  People need to bring up Term Limits again and get it passed.  It passed once before and this time it needs to stick......getting rid of the manipulations by Israel during the process.  But, before that, we absolutely need to get him off of his throne,  He's killing this

Village piece by piece.  When CV, by reputation and high cost to live there becomes unbearable, it will, unfortunately, be too late.

A few words to you, Mr. Israel, Lord Master of Century Kingdom, .... FACTA NON VERBA.   Literal translation would be DEEDS NOT WORDS.  The modern translation would be --- do something worthwhile and cut the OUT-OF-ORDER bullshit.
