No, what happened is that WE let the wrong people ruin the Village, running it as their own kingdom and the hell with the rest of us as they wasted our money and felt like bigshots as they signed contracts about which they knew nothing. That set the stage for an influx of renters but we always had renters here, but the correct type - retired people of the right age, no kids, no homeless. All renters are not lowlifes and some owners are. What we need is the proper UCO and the proper parameters to be reset again.
What happened is that they let low life renters move in.
