So, what is going on over at UCO? They are at it again. They are in a firing mood. They just fired Linda Graff. Linda was one of the info desk girls at the UCO office, she manned the Greeters desk at the UCO office. So what could be the reason for the firing?
Nothing, She was fired because the snow birds are back and Israel wants his people in at all places. So Linda had to go.
But remember this folks. They are firing Volunteers. Loyal Volunteers. Low cost Volunteers,sorry, NO cost volunteers.
Doesn't make sense, unless you subscribe to the thought that Israel wants his people in service at all times, and for all reasons.
And, for a minute lets talk about the UCO Reporter. Linda wanted to publish a questioning letter to the Editor, the Editor, Joy Vestal, said NO. The reason was it would be a conflict of interest.
Well, we have requested Joy to resign, she has two (2) jobs, one as a UCO Vice President (not elected, but volunteered) and one as Editor of the Reporter.
Now that is a conflict of interest.
And BTW, Ken the 8 year veteran Volunteer photographer also quit because, I guess, because of the cavalier way his wife was treated.
So I guess all this boils down to the continued Power grab by D. Israel.

ReplyDeleteNice to know Ken's eyes are finally opened. He has been a strong a** kisser of David's for a long time. Guess they'll have to depend on Bob Rivera for a photographer now. Maybe Elaine Brown will become the new photographer, since I haven't seen Bob taking photos lately.

Linda was fired from the UCO office reception desk not from the paper but the position she was fired from makes no difference. I'm beginning to understand why they're always begging for volunteers. I wonder what they will do when the snowbirds leave. The people who live here are becoming smart enough to not bother to volunteer. They either won't be picked, or they'll be fired, so why bother.

We all know full well, just how the RAG operates, The UCO Reporter
(it's Official name - coincidence? I think not!) Unfortunately things will never change until the majority of the self appointed "Genius's" are long gone...one way or another....(voted out of Office or their "Life Contract"
has expired) Ken's expertise can never be replaced, for not only was he an accomplished photographer, but computer savvy as well, in addition to being "on call" whenever needed.....A Great loss of Talent to our community....

DeleteJust a note: I too was fired from being a receptionist several years ago being told the Snowbirds are back and they want their jobs back. I guess they are more important than the owners that are here all year round. Then again if you don't do what the heads of UCO want you to do and go along with what they say you too will be fired. Not only was I fired from the UCO Office, after several years working at the UCO Reporter Paper, I too was fired by Joy Vestal. So Linda don't feel bad, there are better people outside of UCO to be with and work with than the current administration. Thanks Ken by standing by your wife. Your are a great guy.
ReplyDeleteObviously, when they wrote the article about Linda and published it in the August UCO, they did so without any real feelings or truth in the last paragraph. Those of us who know her know what kind of heart she has and appreciate her. (P.S. I tried to submit this to Esther's blog, but I guess she restricts as much as DI's)
ReplyDeleteNo, I do not restrict but am having problems with the site and getting commenters through. It seems I have to invite authors in and then hopefully they can post. The reason for that is that I just about had it with the threats and pornographic and violent emails I was getting from the David Israel crew and so I shut them off. I can open once again but will have to shut down again if they restart their criminal like and moronic behavior. If you send your gmail address to me on my regular email address then I can mail the invite or I can think about reopening with that proviso that I mentioned before. By the way, you can even call my cell at 646 261 8862 and leave me the address from gmail or just to talk. Please, do not ever, ever, ever, compare me to those people.

ReplyDeleteIs the sheriffs office not investigating the hate mail that Esther is getting? I was under the impression that they were informed about it and were going to investigate. Maybe she should ask Ed Black to investigate He is the head of security.
ReplyDeleteit should be easy with our resident computer gurus. Not only that we have a retired national security agent running the UCO circus. Checking the origin of emails is a very easy thing to do .Even for an over the hill NSA agent. ( But you gotta want to do it )
