So, what did they say, what did they do that requires an immediate remark from the President?
He actually heard a threat from Phyllis Richland,the candidate for UCO President, the only candidate, she has remarked that her first steps upon being elected would be to ask for all Committee chairs to resign. This is pretty much what the New USA President will do. This was done, is being done, so that the new President can start with a clean slate. This does not mean that they will not be invited again to be Committee chairs. But it does give her a historically first step.This has always been done upon the election of a new President. It gives her a chance to start with a new slate.
What is wrong with that? The great Prez thinks his Committee chairs should continue to rein even after he is gone.
When David first took office he did exactly that; he fired all committee chairs and replaced them with his own.

It is common practice for all incoming Presidents to do the same thing. So what's all the fuss about, David?
