WE, THE PEOPLE, DEMAND THAT OUR RIGHTS BE RESTORED!

There is something that I just don’t understand.  It is so simple, yet I just don’t get it.  Why do people run away and hide when they are prohibited from doing a whole host of things that they’re entitled to in the Village?  They are in fear.  Let’s face the facts; they are in fear of David Israel.  But they don’t seem to realize that Israel has a gang and that that gang echoes the arm band and boots domination of practically everything that happens in the Village.  Let’s break it down.

Close to 8,000 CV unit owners pay a hefty sum every year to UCO and to WPRF.  Benenson Capital (WPRF) owns all of the recreational facilities in CV, except, of course, the properties owned by the various associations.  The Levy family manages all of these facilities, and from what is commonly understood, they collect a hefty fee – millions of dollars every year for rent and operating expenses. Levy manages WPRF.

 Secretly, Israel asked WPRF for the right to take control of facilities management.  The WPRF attorney, Mary Merola, had no problem with that arrangement, for it greatly reduced the burden required of Levy.  Israel received that authorization in writing from the WPRF attorney.  Israel, however, refused to produce the letter because he never received approval from the Delegate Assembly to do any such thing.  In other words, he did something VERY, VERY wrong.  In fact, what he has done is criminal according to an official in Tallahassee. The Delegates ARE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

Let’s try to bring this together so that everyone understands/grasps what this devious president has done.  Inasmuch as we, the unit owners, pay for everything, including but not limited to taxes, insurance, utilities, repairs, salaries, vehicles, maintenance, capital improvements, yearly increases in rent, security, etc., etc., just as if we own the properties – we reserve the right to use all of the facilities in compliance with standards governed by applicable law and the Millennium Agreement.  WPRF cannot give away our rights to an individual, such as Israel, or an entity such as UCO; not unless they change the Millennium Agreement or enter into a supplemental agreement changing the rules and regulations; subject to approval by the Delegate Assembly.

We, the people, reserve the sole right to dictate how the facilities are to be used.  That letter by WPRF giving Israel that sole right is something that I know would be thrown out of court in a minute.  Because of that letter, Eva, as manager for WPRF, is taking orders from Israel.  And that too is a violation of standard practices and she can be taken down for taking away the rights of the people.  So, according to the Millennium Agreement, they can come up with rules and regulations on the use of the facilities.  These restrictions can be challenged where human rights of assembly and speech are involved.

Mark Levy needs to be brought into the picture.  He needs to face up to the fact that he cannot assign others to do his management and allow them to blatantly violate the rights of others who are paying to use the facilities in a reasonable manner.  Mr. Levy cannot simply instruct his employees to change common law as he sees fit.  Nor can he just assign someone to relieve him of the management burden and then subsequently allow that someone to create rules and regulations for personal gain.  If Eva causes an obstruction regarding use of the facilities, she needs to be admonished by Levy and perhaps relieved of the responsibilities.

Where is it written that WPRF, under direct employ of Levy, can assign to the president of UCO the sole authority to govern how all of the facilities are to be used?  Answer – there is nothing written under authorized signatures.  It is all a fabrication imposed upon all Unit Owners by a single person, namely David Israel, who has no right whatsoever to make any such decisions.  A group of Unit Owners needs to pay Mr. Levy a visit and demand that all authority given to David Israel be rescinded; that the use of the clubhouses, the pools and other recreational areas be returned to the use for which they were originally intended, as set by precedent.

Israel, the man who is responsible for these sneaky, wicked, dastardly acts is not a good person. I think he know that himself.  What to do?  We’re all afraid.  We’re afraid to stand up and speak our minds for fear of repercussions.  And, Israel has that vast experience of being able to stomp you into the ground and doing it with great secrecy.  And, he has his co-conspirator, Ed Black, to push the back-room buttons, and the few followers who hold UCO titles and do what they’re told, else they are “secretly” and low-key fired. These followers are threatened and muffled by Israel and yet they take his domination methods seriously.

Look for instance, and search your memory, at all of the knowledgeable and educated people that have either quit or have been fired from his regime.  Israel must control every single thing in CV that you can think of, and therefore, he can do whatever he wants to do.  It doesn’t matter, - it could be illegal or a violation of our documents, - he doesn’t care, because nobody dares to challenge him, - the man with so much power can just push you aside, or better yet, he prefers to step on you and ruin your reputation so that you never come back.  So many of the most wicked people in the history of the world did the very same thing.

Mark Levy can stop this dominance by Israel.  Mr. Levy can give everything back to THE PEOPLE.  Will Israel threaten Levy?  I don’t think that the egotistical bastard would dare threaten Levy.  WE, THE PEOPLE, 7,854 unit owners, are represented by 349 (plus or minus) Delegates.  These Delegates are all members of UCO.  UCO, through the Delegates, can dictate to WPRF, save certain very specific rules as to how they wish to use the clubhouses, the pools and everything else, --ALL WITHIN REASON.  AGAIN, WE, THE PEOPLE, PAY FOR EVERYTHING . . . LET’S NOT SKIP OVER THAT SO QUICKLY, -- WE PAY FOR    E V E R Y T H I N G!!  All the Levy’s and Benenson Capital do is rake in the money.

It took Hitler many, many years to gain control of everything in Germany and elsewhere in Europe.  It wasn’t just overnight that he did this.  And then, he could do ANYTHING he wanted because he controlled everything that existed.  Everyone was scared to death – literally.  Fast forward to Century Village.  Israel controls everything and everybody.  And now, after all of this time, - if you don’t like it he scoffs at you; he makes every effort to ruin your reputation; he’ll secretly try to do harm to you; go right around you or stomp on you to do what he wants to do, whether it is right or wrong.  He’ll publicly put you down if you oppose whatever he has to say; he’ll make it difficult for you in other ways and if you volunteer to work for UCO, he’ll fire you.  And, he has the power and he can do whatever he wants without recourse.  So, again, most everyone is afraid of him because he is unpredictable and deadly in his ways.  He did nothing with his life except learn how to beat someone, who disagrees with his thinking, into the ground.

Mark Levy needs to bring the clubhouse back to Eva’s control and out from under the control of Israel. She needs to change a whole bunch of things to SERVE THE PEOPLE WHO PAY THE BILLS, and meet with some people other than Israel, Black and their cohorts.  THE DELEGATES HAVE TO UNDERSTAND, WITHOUT QUESTION, THAT THEY REPRESENT THE PEOPLE WHO HAPPEN TO BE MEMBERS OF UCO.  THE DELEGATES TELL UCO WHAT TO DO, -- NOT ISRAEL TELLING THE DELEGATES WHAT TO DO!

So, we have a matter that Israel turned into something, not only illegal, but for personal gain.  What he has done affects us all more and more every day.  We need a contingent of unit owners who fully understand the entire mean-spirited acts of Israel to convince Mark Levy to make things right for all of us.  We need to ask him to hear us out and stop and think about the dread that Israel has cast upon the Village, -- Levy’s Village.

Stop Israel in his tracks and this Village CAN be brought back to its’ original concept, only skillfully modernized.  If the Delegates are afraid or hesitant, let’s get new Delegates.  BUT, DELEGATES, SPEAK YOUR MIND – DO NOT BE AFRAID!!
