Who can this be?

Here is a anonymous comment. Who is he talking about?

You want something to get on UCO about?  How about the fact that no resident is suppose to be paid.  Only volunteers.  There is one resident that is getting a large salary for their job at UCO even though they are abrasive with people and not doing the job in its entirety.  Many mistakes are found constantly.  Yet the person is still being paid and actually got a raise in the budget.  

I have heard from some of the funny men on this. They think it is funny and a non-starter as far as a cause is concerned.

Is it?

    How much is being paid?
    Who authorized the hire and salary?
    Why hasn't any officer brought to the attention of the delegates?
