What a disturbing video shot of Phyllis Siegelman removing newspapers from doorknobs!
She, as the recording secretary of UCO, has been contaminated by her boss David Israel.
Now Phyllis, as a part of the present UCO regime, thinks she can decide what her
numerous neighbors can read, what newspapers are allowed in her 4 story building and
what information her next door residents should receive.
In all his many seminars in CV, Friedman Esq. of Baker & Poliakoff, repeatedly say that
"the only body that runs the association is the board. More so, it is the majority of the board that makes the decisions...".
So who or what gives Phyllis Siegelman the right to take such actions?

Actually the truth of the matter is she must be removed from the Board. Her attitude goes against all the tenets of what is right and what a Board she do. Her attitude is that the Residents of her Association have no rights. Or for that matter they have no Intelligence. At least in the eyes of Phylis Siegleman.
She should be removed.

Her actions are no less heinous that book burning.

It is an attitude that comes direct from the top and not only Phyllis but also David need to go.The buck stops here - the president's desk and if he cannot accept that there are ccnsequences for his actions, implicit and complicit, then he truly is worse than I thought. No one is immune to that.
