The latest edition of The UCO Reporter aka “The UCO RAG” has given the residents the impression that David Israel has solved the problem of Sheffield O, and all is well again. Unfortunately, and as usual, the Reporter has given you the wrong impression. The problem still exists because Kelly did not investigate his tenants. We do not know the background of these people nor do we have knowledge of any possible danger to the residents of our community. You must remember; David Israel was in the pocket of Mr. Kelly and did nothing for three years while he was busy sitting on his butt at his computer calling us “The Malcontents." In reality, we are the “heroes" of the village because we bring the problems to light in order to find solutions. David Israel and his “BROWN NOSES” prefer to hide them under the rug and sweep them into the garbage before anyone has a chance to know any problem exists – a sure way to do nothing and never face a problem head-on in order to find a solution.

Sheffield O's problems have not gone away!!
SHEFFIELD O IS STILL A PROBLEM.

You are correct and this is exactly what I pointed out in a posting. We still have the problem of these tenants and who they are, how long they will be here, how transient, how dangerous and will it ever stop or will Kelly - and the many others who own multiple investment units here - as do many UCO people, officers - will continue to ring down our home - and yes, you fools who are always raising this issue - the market value. It is such as you who are ruining it.,

ReplyDeleteEvelyn Joy Vestal's credential's can be verified with the HR Dept of Newsday, on LI in addition the "Writer's Guild"can confirm or not her being a 'Journalist" Writing a review of Panera's? that in it's self is a laugh....One places their order & has to pick it up, is a glorified DD, in my opinion...In addition, this current issue of what has become known as the "RAG" obiviously has no one capable of "Proof reading" nor verifying the "Organizational News" is current....(Most are on Vacation, no need to advertise during Off season...waste of paper & ink) Furthermore,as many of us are aware, the male co editor in this case, is nothing more than a "Yes" man...Lovely sort, lacking backbone....Time to clean house?
