David and his team are trying to get a deal for tv and wifi and all that ..There is a three million dollar gateway fees that apparently Atlantic Broadband is going to give to UCO for signing up. Why wouldn't they just knock three million off the top of their proposed contract?
You would have to be pretty gullible to believe that Atlantic broadband isn't going to get it back in the form of monthly fees. So in effect, they are planning to take this money from the residents and give it to UCO after CSI gets their 300 Thousand dollars for brokering the deal..

Team dave is giddy with the thought that they will get a load of money to spend, They should think that maybe the residents would like to keep it so they can spend it on stuff they need, stuff like: food and medicine.
They should just reduce the fees and let the residents keep their money. What a scam! Don't let them get away with it!
