Good Grief a Million Dollars Short.

So the Great one has a plan. How to recover the $1 Million dollars we are short, missing from the reserves. Unbelievable, but true. We were warned that the bookkeeping indicated a problem, but the smart guys put their head in sand and said no probloma. We can very easily make it up with bookkeeping magic. Say what? By moving existing monies around we can dig out of this. Ridiculous!

Well this is a real and serious problem. We are short in the reserves by about $1 Million and the only ones who are going to fill this gap is you, is us. At the tune of $16 per month for 5 years. $16 per month from each and everyone of us, for 5 years.

So I know the Great Leader says we can take it from this budgeted item or that over time and the monies will flow in.  Not so. That is known as cooking the books. Beside not being a viable way out of this it is illegal.

We are going to be forced to make up this short fall and all the shenanigans that the Great Boss and his helpers dream up are not going to work.

First we have to Dump Dave. A recall will do it. But this time we must listen to our treasurer and get it done.

It is frivolous to say we can move monies from A to B and get out of this. Impossible.

First Dump Dave. Then Clean up the people buzzing around Dave and then come up with a viable plan.

$16 per month from every unit holder for 5 years

You know I have spoken about this before. The running of CV is like running a business that does $21 million dollars a year. Why do we allow people that have no business experience into this arena? We should look closely at the credentials of the candidates and chose those that have run a business of some size. Being a spy just doesn't qualify. That is why the illegal plans pop up as a viable way to get out of this. The only solution to make up the short fall,  is make up the short fall. Period, end of story and Recall those that are responsible for this anguish.

  1. I have a solution: We take the money saved and allocated for Wi-Fi – approximately half-million dollars and put it toward the reserves. Then we take the two dollars and two cents per month allocated for Wi-Fi in the budget for next year and add that to the reserves. This should give us around six hundred thousand dollars. It’s not the full amount, but it’s a good start.
    HOW ABOUT IT, PEOPLE???
