WHY YOU SHOULD START TO WORRY.

UCO was going to change the BYLAWS.
IF THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND BYLAWS CHANGE THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE AN OPPRESSIVE IMPACT ON THE RESIDENTS OF CENTURY VILLAGE.
We will become prisoners of our domain. At present, we do not come under 718 of the Florida law; the law that protects us against crooks who disguise themselves as presidents and officers of UCO. 718 gives us the power to put the crooks in jail without having the need to obtain a lawyer.
When a president signs a one-page contract for a 5 million-dollar road paving job, 718 made it easy to punish him. David Israel is secretly changing the Articles of Incorporation, which will impact our ability to come under 718 in the future. This means the people who run UCO will always be free to do whatever they want without fear of easy punishment. This makes all the residents of Century Village vulnerable to the whims of the people in command of UCO. This is the dangerous position David Israel and Marilyn Goredetzer, and the advisory committee are putting us in. It is why, when it comes before the delegate assembly,
YOU MUST VOTE AGAINST ANY CHANGE IN THE BYLAWS AND ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION. Only you, the delegates, have the power to stop this now.
