By - Laws being rewritten in Secret

The Florida Sunshine Laws no longer exist in Goredetzer's Advisory Committee.

So lets look at Marilyn Gorededzer. Marilyn is the chairman, oops, chairwoman of the Advisory Committee. She was assigned this post by the President of UCO.

So exactly what is her credential's for this job?

I know of two of them. (1) she tried, unsuccessfully to throw out a worshipper from his synagogue for having the nerve to ask to speak with his Rabbi. Why?

Because  she could, and her hate goes deep.

So lets look at Credentials. Has Marilyn any at all. Not as a matter of record. As far as any body can see her particular credentials for this post are nil.

So the Great one in his wisdom, makes her the chair of the advisory Committee. She is in charge of re-writing the By-Laws and for an extra she is in charge of rewriting the Articles of Incorporation.

Unbelievable. What does David Israel know about the Articles of Incorporation, what does Marilyn Goredetzer know about the Articles of Incorporation. Heck.
what do you, our reader, know about the articles of Incorporation. I 'll bet none of you know to much about the By-Laws also..

So the Advisory committee under the Chair Goredetzer, with Israel looking over every bodies shoulder is changing the By-Laws.

So what is the Problem. First off  this is being done in as absolute secrecy as possible. Although the advisory Committee are open meetings in the full sunshine. The operation is in dead secret. The last meeting they refused to let the public have a copy of any paper disturbed to the Committee. And they talked in code or tongues so nobody new what they were talking about. This included the Committee itself..

Is this unbelievable? What terrible things are they hiding? What nefarious things are they hiding? If they are hiding can that be good for the Village. Will it cost  money? Or how much will it cost? That is also a secret until you get the bill.

What we need here is Ronald Bouchard!

  1. The answer to all this is: "PAID PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" It is imperative to replace UCO, with active, licensed, professional, accounts, attorneys,etc..... For what it costs to run UCO, for a few dollars more, we can eliminate the stress on our retired residents, and allow them to volunteer on an advisory committee, to the " PAID PROPERTY MANAGMENT COMPANY" No offense to our hard working volunteers, it is time for a much needed positive change ...
