Delegate Assemby's Chair

In plainer terms, if you have not bothered to prepare, read, listen, or attend meetings to gather information, the Delegate Assembly is not the place to go to square one with elementary questions, and a lot of whining about having the right to speak and demonstrate your ignorance.

So says ElaineB

But just exactly what does she mean? Is she speaking for the Administration?

You bet she is. The message here is be prepared to rush to judgement. If the delegates say NO and Israel say  YES, then the rushing is not so much. No Whining when you cannot get enough time to say what you think, to ask questions or just comment. The Chair rules. The delegates are just there to follow Israel's lead, quietly. Or else!.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The delegates should be the lead, UCO should be doing as the Delegate's say. The Delegates should run their own Assembly. It certainly should not  be Chaired by a man who has an agenda, that may or may not line up with what the Delegates want. He, if his agenda is in jjepardy,  will start to electioneer for his Agenda from the Chair. Wrong and competely unacceptable!

As a matter of fact the President of UCO should not be the Delegate Assembly's Chair. It should be some body completely independent, and with NO agenda.

How about Randy Bouchard?

  1. Did you say Randy Bouchard? Randall is an extremely persistent, capable man who has served with great prominence among UCO's head chieftains.

Randall"s biggest problem, which became a problem for all of us, was that his actions and opinions began to sway like the fronds of a palm. He made his own interpretations, without challenge, of our governing documents and statutes based upon who the winning team was and he seemed to want to pose as an attorney. He demanded to be heard, without interruption, and his egotistical manner and style of always being absolutely right was his demise.

When Israel demanded that Randy's demeanor be curbed somewhat and it be more favorable to Israel's interpretations of the UCO Bylaws, and any and all amendments, Randy's personality and egotism clashed with Israel, and Randy could, in all good conscience, no longer serve any good purpose. Then, Bye-Bye, Randall.

Randall is an intelligent man, no question about it, but I don't think that anyone ever taught him how to use that intelligence wisely, e.g., go from a New York cab driver to a documents guru. He played too many word games, and his own "charge" and "retreat" games came back to haunt him. Too bad, Randall, you have a lot to offer if you stick to the word "sincerity."

    2. You're very right about that. Even Dopey of the Seven Dwarfs could chair the DA better than Israel.
Oh, by the way, you misspelled Israel's first name, and you will be cursed and damned by that man forever; he will hold your error against you even in your reincarnation.

  2. I think the Chair can be replaced easily and all the David Israel Hub-bub will be gone

  3. Thanks I have fixed the spelling. I like to be accurate and correct at all times, almost.
