Violation

So here we are. We have our own jungle growing at the Haverhill entrance. This is not supposed to happen. A Notice of violation was delivered on July 2 . The owner of this property had until July 22 to fix it. That is  20 days to fix the lawn or pay $1000 per day in fines.

So far nothing has happened the owner is ignoring us, or rather ignoring the Palm Beach Planning and Zoning department.

One thing we could do is email the Zoning Commission at bhilker@pbcgov.org and tell him it is time to enforce the notice of Violation.

Here is the Violation order.

  1. Don't you think that UCO, even without an official opinion, should simply look at the unsightly mess and send a letter to the County simply asking for them to enforce compliance with the ruling? But David Israel does not care one whit for the people who look at this everyday - why? Because he simply is an uncaring man. Period.

  2. Peyton said at the delegate meeting said not to worry . We all know Peyton is a straight shooter, however the Waldman's seem to have more clout the commissioners office. Maybe David has not taken action is similar to the reason that he let Kelly slip by.

    1. I don't think he lets anything slip by. He did not say or do anything about the Kelly situation because it was not to his gaining.

  3. David does not know what goes on in the village. He only hears gossip central UCO. Joy is even worse. You'd think that a "journalist" would be interested in what the people are doing, but have you ever seen her anywhere besides UCO and the DA? They are totally ignorant of the feelings of the CVers. Yet they are sure they have their fingers on the pulse of the village.
