Grace is beside herself. In her efforts to discredit the Malcontents and in particular the My Village Blog, Gary's blog, she is trying to say that we are not a safe blog.
To answer her question, why she gets this error is beyond me. But she can see all the comments that recommend she turn off the computer, she switch from Foxfire to Chrome, she get a real anti-virus protection.
I suggest she stop trying to harm the Malcontents with her lies and misdirection.
I am very disturbed that David Israel put this in a prominent position on his blog. This is not the first time that such a claim was made and if my memory serves me, it was widely disparaged the first time it was mentioned. I respect much that Mr. Israel has accomplished and much that those who disagree with Mr. Israel have brought to our attention. I am completely turned off my juvenile postings such as this one suggesting that My Village Blog is somehow a virus inducing site.

I am not being a wise-*ss, I just really wish someone could point out some good things that he has done for this village. As I wrack my brain, I truly can't think of any other than that he has placed some links on his very private blog that are beneficial to the residents of the village. I would like to be made aware of good things that he has done.
ReplyDeleteI have used Avast Anti Virus on all of my computers for many years, and so do almost all of my students and computer customers. I have never seen any message from Avast warning of a possible virus on this site, and not a soul has mentioned to me that they have had such a message pop up for them. However, I do not use Firefox browser. I use Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Safari, and none of them have ever produced such a message on any of my computers, nor my iPad nor iPhone. Maybe it's time for Gracie to get rid of Firefox. As Esther would say, "just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteJust sayin' is absolutely correct and that idiot Petey Boy is just as dumb. Just check what he wrote. Maybe they are both amateurs in computers and issues relating to it or maybe they are just malefactors? Take your choice - just sayin'.
