I want to thank David Israel for confirming on his blog that according to the UCO Bylaws, any member the president appoints shall be a member of UCO. When he appointed a renter who is not a member of UCO, he violated those bylaws.

He goes on to say Ms Kraus has experience in Wi-Fi and is therefore, an asset to their negotiations.   That may be so and I also agree that there is nothing wrong with getting help from outside sources. However, this does not give a sitting President the right to put that person on any committee.

I had no intention of bringing this matter up. I did so because I wanted to show the good people of the village the fallacy David Israel, and his cronies are guilty of when they accuse Dorothy Tetro of violating those same bylaws.  

It was Pat Sealander and Bob Rivera, who perpetrated this fiasco against Ms Tetro, but I want to expose the real culprit behind it.   When the petition to remove Ms Tetro came to Mr. Israel’s attention, he could  very easily have done the sensible thing and said to the petitioners, “This Petition is a legal quagmire. Dorothy owns and lives in two places and has only been away from her duties as treasurer a few weeks when she was on vacation. Her term is ending in March, Why bother?" No, David did not do this. He has made so many serious errors and misjudgments as President that he wanted to create a diversion to his many crimes and misdemeanors.
