Just a heads up to anyone who might be considering having their carpets cleaned. I would strongly suggest you do not use Stanley Steemer of Lake Worth. I have had 2 bad experiences with them. I used to have Stanley Steemer clean my carpets in NJ, and was always satisfied, so thought I would have the same experience here.
The first time I used the Lake Worth company, I had a bad experience, and thought it was just a one time thing, having people that were possibly inexperienced. I called them back to redo the job. They sent different men and my carpets were clean after the second cleaning. Being satisfied with the recleaning, I used them again just this past week, and they did a horrible job. Called them back to redo. They sent back the same men who didn't do the job right in the first place and they didn't even spend 15 minutes in my condo recleaning (living/dining room, hallway, 1 bedroom). They were also rude. My carpets are not clean, and even the owner of the Lake Worth company is very rude. I certainly will never deal with them again.
