David Israel the Attorney

David Israel has more than once shown his chutzpah with his proclivity to advise us on legal matters. (He thinks he is a practicing Attorney-I wonder what state he past his bar in).  He apparently thinks he know more than any practicing lawyer, by calling the lawsuit frivolous. What is outrageous is his nerve to advise anybody on legal matters. He has done this a number of times all to our cost. He is a regular "LawSuit Maven". i.e The road job with his 5 line contract. Maybe instead of making fun of the lawsuit he might consider that the court might see  criminality and malfeasance in the whole Road disaster. 

I tell what I think, the lawsuit will be successful, and what ever payout is awarded it will go to the road repairs. But no matter how you look at it, big money will have to be added to it, out of -  you know whose pockets to do the job right.
