CHUTZPAH WITH A CAPITAL "C" - MESSENGER CLUB SOLICITS $20,000.00 TO ENABLE SELF-SUIT

Heck Duvid, we had almost twice as many interested people as you allow on your blog!

Yes it is also important that you get the truth and report it accurately, making "New York Post" style headlines doesn't cut it.

It is important to understand at the outset that I was not present at yesterdays meeting of the CV Messenger Club, so what I have to say is second hand.

And probably inaccurate. We have teachers, better yet administrating Principles that may be happy to hold school on you, actually better yet start reading and commenting on this blog. For sure the 2 ninnes that showed up will not give you a full report or an accurate one.

The essence of what I have been told, is that the organizers are requesting that Associations contribute funding to enable what is in essence a suit against themselves. The amount sought initially is reported to be $20,000.00!!!

Actually they and you missed the point. The Attorney, a experienced man in Condo law, layed out a number of scenarios. Non of which mentioned a firm price or plan but some ideas on where he thought this Suit maybe taken. Many prices and many plans were mentioned.

He also said that your defenders, our paid Insurance Company have taken this as serious and have asked for more time to consider.
