The Great One and the Million Dollars Misplacement

DID YOU SAY THAT WE’RE SHORT A MILLION DOLLARS?

Are you looking for a million dollars?  It’s not really that the money is missing, it is a matter of how you look at it.  The “Great One”, as you call him, will tell you that no money is “missing,” and that it is a matter of bookkeeping.

The money, in actuality, is gone from the Reserves.  We should have well over a million dollars in Reserves, but it is “missing.”  Well, how do you figure?  Alright, take a good look at SCANDALS, PARTS 1, 7, 7A and 7B.  This money was misspent, and in the eyes of many people it is a matter that can be known as a “shortage” at this point in time.

You’re not going to convince anyone that your “Great One” has done anything wrong.  Why? – because he is shifting money from here to there as he and Black did during the biggest SCANDAL of all time in Century Village.

Nobody is going to bitch and moan until such time, and I’ve said this time and time again, until the amount of money you’re paying per month becomes such that you have to say “are you shitting me?”  Then, when it’s too late, people come after the leaders, most especially, the top person, -- your “Great One.”

Is this really going to happen?  You can bet your belly-button it can.  Add to what you’re now paying,-- the projected UCO increase of about $16.00; if the “Great One” gets his way, add a good amount for the WI-FI; add the WPRF standard increase; insurance may be at the edge of a large increase; add the new year management company increases for your Association; factor in the continuous monies that are going to be needed for redoing roadway and sidewalk re-paving; add the monies needed because of foreclosures and abandonment of properties and legal fees which is growing daily.

You’ve heard of the Ponzi scheme.  Of course, you have.  People get away with it all the time.  And those crooks are always looked upon as the “Great Ones,” until it’s gone – all gone.  Your “Great One,” and his followers have suckered everybody into believing that everything is “just fine.”  And then when reality hits, everyone

points the finger at everyone else.  It is hard to point the finger at the “Great One” because he is an expert, a very learned person, when it comes to being able to get other people to act in his stead.  He, through this expertise, is able to keep his fingers clean all the time.

Your “Great One,” the CV master of deception, is preparing a written document which explains what the Treasurer is saying is a “shortage.”  He’s done it before and he’s doing it again, -- conning you into believing that everything is rosey-posey and you know something?  – all of the suckers will believe him.

What jerko is going to believe that monies were not stolen from various accounts to pay for paving that was way over-priced and done with scam intentions.  Israel, the “Great One” can tell those people of CV that the sky is falling and they’ll believe him.  They are totally hypnotized by this dictator and they will only find out what this guy is all about when it’s too late.  Then, somebody yells “fire” and they all run for the exits.

The million dollars, -- what a joke.  It is all on record.  It is all documented.  It is clear as anything can be.  Yet, the “Great One” is going to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes again and make it all go away.  The poor UCO Treasurer is going to be made to look like a fool and he’s going to take the fall.  And, everyone is going to rally-round the “Great One” again.

Century Village – it is no wonder why so many people hate the place.  How f---ing dumb can people be to firmly believe in things that are dead wrong.
