This is a section of the Minutes of Security Meeting June 6, 2014

Meeting called to order at 2:05PM by George Franklin.
Attendance, as per sign in sheet, attached.
Guests:
PBSO Capt. Bruckner, Universal Security: Lt. Vince and Alan Cartiledge.

Capt. Bruckner reported one person convicted and sent to prison for South Hampton break-ins and
another awaiting trial in jail. (Sentenced to 9months prison with 36 months probation and $36K
restitution). Same report as delegate meeting. Hurricane preparations and planning are important.

Discussion on outburst at today's delegate meeting and need for security.
Motion made by Suzie Byrns: Hire PBSO deputy for each delegate meeting for security. Seconded by
Roberta From kin- Vote unanimous for-none opposed. Motion passes.


In the Minutes of the Security Meeting dated June 6, 2014 there apparently was a discussion of "OUTBURSTS" that occurred at the last Delegate meeting.  This is a baldfaced exaggeration. As all can see from the repetitive movie shown over and over again. The outburst, if you can call it that, was participated by David Israel, who objected to Olga's subject matter before she got it out of her mouth.

It would be better for the chair to learn how to control itself and its audience and avoid clashes, than to bring in the PBSO and still have arguments and the chair out-bursting as well as the speakers. 

What exactly is wrong with a little heated exchange as long as EVERYBODY gets his or hers say, after all these are important matters being discussed and should not be left to indiscriminate censorship 

The Chair shows his lack of control of the situation. He has done this before. The next thing he is going to ask for is to know what you plan to say before you say it. Maybe he will want to know how you will vote  before the vote is held. He already took all the secrecy out of a vote at the last delegate meeting, by asking those opposing to stand and be counted. 

Is he kidding??
