The Iron Fist is ruling UCO with a Iron Hand. I'll bet you didn't know if you ask for a signature at the UCO office you get Dave Israel's baleful countenance.
The rule, by the Supreme Commander, is that only he signs a receipt.
This means, the Sheriff has to get Mr Israel Precious signature if he delivers a summons,(ugh) and the Pizza Guy delivering a pizza has to be interviewed by the Presence in Room 101. Sensible?
