Some people erroneously believe
the malcontents lost the vote because the delegates passed the budget - the
reverse is true. The malcontents WON because the original budget called for an
increase of more than $16.00 per month. The final budget was decreased to $2.40, which clearly
shows the hard work of the malcontents and the people who supported them WON
BIG. The people who supported David Israel
and his gang should all kiss the ground the malcontents walk on because they benefited from our hard work.
100% correct and don't forget the WI FI money we saved, not just the $2 but the millions it would have cost. No more boondoggles if we can help it.
ReplyDeleteOlga, you are exactly right. By sleight of hand, and just enough openness, Howard and David lowered our monthly fees. So the rest of UCO owes the Messengers Big Time. But all of us need to remember that, apparently, the only way we ordinary people in Century Village can make a difference with this self-absorbed dictatorship of an administration is by keeping the pressure on them, relentlessly...their normal response is to not hear, then to disbelieve, then to disrespect anyone who raises a valid issue with them. We as a group need to start working hard to see that this administration is given the boot at election time.
