Perpetuity Redux

#Perpetuity
DAVID ISRAEL THE GOLF COURSE AND PERPETUITY
PEOPLE LIVE; PEOPLE DIE Perpetuity is for land, not people. Land does not have an end; people do. Land changes, yet survives. It gets destroyed by natural disasters, is sold and becomes encumbered with deed restrictions but it lives on.

We cannot control natural disasters but we can control deed restrictions. We can remove them, change them or eliminate them. To do this we need the approval of all parties involved; as is the case of the perpetuity clause in the sale of the golf course.

The land will continue to be there until all parties come to a mutual decision to resolve the deed restrictive perpetuity clause.  If both parties come to the table to reach an amicable solution to this problem we can put our energy to the pressing problem of TERM LIMITS.

Term limits are allowing David Israel to live in perpetuity, which is an unnatural state for all mortals. Humans must eventually die. The delegates have yet seen the necessity to help Mr. Israel reach his timely goal; therefore, it will be up to TERM LIMITS to get the job done.
