  1. it is a public building. How many public buildings do you enter on a daily basis? Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Public utilities, Stores, Restaurants, walking down the street... face it, EVERYWHERE you go you are having your picture taken, like it or not. For you to say you don't want it taken is just plain ludicrous. Comp[lain all you want, file suit with whoever you want, plain and simple, YOU WILL LOSE THIS FIGHT. Cameras and video are a fact of life that are for the security of all. Don't want to be secure? I would suggest finding someplace in the mountains of Colorado... waaay up there...

    1. I don't like it! I will scream that it is wrong. Who is giving D.Israel the right to trample our rights. Who says it is ok to photograph us against our wills? You Bob are giving up the fight just as it was joined.

    2. Number one Bob, I haveno hair. Number two, Bob I am not afraid pg takeing my picture. The examples you give are fine except that they are taken for security reasons. What is the security involved in senior people at a movie getting a llittle loud?

    3. Public Building ? I'm not so sure. I thought it was a private clubhouse for residents of CV. Public are not invited are they ?

  2. Bob, You are also obligated to pay taxes. It doesn't mean you have to like it. Some people object to have their picture taken and it their God Given right to object. You sound more and like David Israel every day: SUE,SUE, SUE. That is your answer to everything.

  3. Bob Rivera's statement about the clubhouse being a public place is not factual. The clubhouse is a private clubhouse. As members of the "club" don't you think it would be fair to give the club members ( who have to show ID proving they are members) a say in what goes on? That's the way any club I ever belonged to operates. Except for CV of course where people like Rivera believe they have the right to do whatever and no one has any say in the matter.Their support encourages and fosters dictatorial behavior.I'm sure if residents had been asked there wouldn't have been much objection. BUT THEY WEREN"T ASKED thats the point being missed. Some people are getting upset because they see this as another dictatorial action taken without consulting the "members" By the way. The mountains of Colorado are a public place where anyone can film whatever they want. Unlike the CV clubhouse where filming is prohibited . So now we are back to square one. The clubhouse is not a public place ... You were saying ?
