Law Suit against Donald T.Kelly

NINE UNIT OWNERS OF SHEFFIELD - O AND WPRF FILE LAW SUIT AGAINST DONALD T. KELLY


So, may I ask, why is not UCO involved? This situation has existed for about 3 years now. David Israel has been aware of this situation for at least that long.

He, David Israel, has spent time with Kelly in a friendly atmosphere. Is that why UCO did not join the suit? He is one of the President's friends?

So, I ask why is not UCO part of this lawsuit?

    IT IS ONLY BECAUSE THE CV MESSENGER PRINTED KELLY'S HOMELESS HOTEL AND HAD IT SHOWN ON TELEVISION THAT ANYTHING IS BEING DONE. DAVID AND OTHER OFFICERS AS WELL AS WPRF KNEW ABOUT THIS FOR YEARS AND DID NOTHING

    IT IS ONLY BECAUSE THE CV MESSENGER PRINTED KELLYS HOMELESS HOTEL AND HELPED PUT IT ON TELEVISION THAT THIS SITUATION CAME TO LIGHT AFTER THREE YEARS. WPRF AS WELL AS OTHER OFFICERS PUSHED IT UNDER THE TABLE
