More about the UCO secret meetings

I have 16 pages of customer complaints about customer service by Atlantic Broadband. This you may like to know is the favorite Cable Company of David Israel. Apparently, he is up to his neck with the complaints he gets at his regular Cable Committee meetings. He is now about to make his meetings private and secret.

The better to keep out the citizenry and other rift raft.

  1. How can there be complaints about a company that we do not have. Are you insane? I call Comcast a couple of times a month for problems with my TV and DVR box. I keep getting messages after my TV goes black that I am an illegal subscriber. I bet you get the same message from time to time. All the people I know get it from time to time.

    1. The delegates make the final decision. Instead of complaining here go to a delegates meeting and stand up and tell us the problems with this company and show your proof. I don't want more problems with cable, DVR and phone. If they are no good we should all know as well as David Israel.

    2. Don't you think that the preponderance of Atlantic secomplaints indicates something? Don't you think that these people have a right to get what they pay for? Did you ever go toschool?

  3. No, Gary is not insane. Why don't you go to the Atlantic Broadband website and see the tons of complaints from the customers IN THE AREAS THEY ALREADY SERVE???? That's what Gary is talking about. Are you insane??
And FYI, I have never received such a message from Comcast. Even if I did, that would be a message from Comcast to me - not a message from me ABOUT Comcast.

    1. The message for Comcast comes on my TV a couple of times a month. I don't bother to call and complain it takes too long to wait on the line. I wait it out. You are lucky you don't get the message, Carole.
