PHYLLIS RICHLAND, THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF UCO

Phyllis Richland is running as an independent candidate who welcomes all support. She wants your vote but does not want to pay for it by being obligated to return a favor. As president of UCO, she is planning to surround herself with the most qualified people and welcomes volunteers from both sides of the political spectrum. When problems arise, she expects input from both sides in order to find the best solution. This is exactly what the framers of our constitution did; they argued fiercely until they came to a decision; The U.S.  Constitution - not too bad.   I believe Phyllis Richland is the best candidate to give the village the needed boost to forge ahead.  She has the proven experience and the knowledge of UCO laws to more than qualify her to be the next president of UCO.
