Nice talk at the Wi-Fi meeting. You cleared up
most of our questions. and I am sure many others. However your plan for payment
of the start-up costs leave me wondering. What happens if we cannot get
donations and we have to pay this and the operating costs at the same time ?
This was explained. Start up costs are amortised over the lenght of the contract. The two bucks per month, per unit, covers startup AND monthly operating costs, including customer support and physical maintenance of the system. Any "donation" would be a bonus.
