UCO Operation Wi-Fi Meeting april 8th

The meeting was opened at 1:40 by David Isreal.

This meeting was a closed meeting with Windstream to see what they had to offer regarding internet services. Jennifer Cohen-Louth and Randalllves told us that they only bring in the main pipe and do not do the actual distribution n the village but that they had partners that they could refer to us for when we release the RFP.
The meeting concluded at 2:30 PM.

So I ask why is this meeting Private? What is said that we all can not hear? What happened to the Sunshine laws? Why is David Israel in charge here?
