Yesterday a funeral was held for the delegates of Century Village. Our treasurer admitted to a 1.2 million dollars shortfall in the UCO reserve fund, but the delegates were unable to react because they had already died….  Normally, a catastrophic event such as the mention of one million dollars vanishing from the reserves would cause a ruckus, yesterday,  the delegates were unable to waken from their sophomoric  state– they were indeed  dead.  When told it was going to cost $17 dollars a month more in dues, they remained DEAD.  When Rigor Mortis left, and they were informed they would most probably have to pay additional increases to WPRF and their associations, totaling approximately $25.00 per month, they still remained DEAD.

Mr. Israel alluded to the fact that the delegate assembly was peaceful because the PBSO GOONS were present, but we know that’s not true; it’s always peaceful in a cemetery.
