Lies about Wi-Fi

We are being lied to at the Delegates meeting, by the President of UCO.

The only reason I can think of is that he wants HIS Wi-Fi system, his DSL Wi-Fi system, so badly that he is lying to the delegates.

He has told us that his Real Life Job involved Wi-Fi at NSA. So he should know better. Comcast has put out a Wi-Fi router called business class. Part of this Routers ouput is a Hotspot feed, The difference being no Password so the feed is entirely open. You think the Big Chair doesn't know this? Think again. He is lying to us.

The President insists on calling it a Hot spot. It is not a hot spot. It is a full fledged Wi-Fi system set up in each of the units of a Association.

If you have a 42 Unit building, you get Comcast's Business class Wi-Fi with enough feed to handle the 42 units.

I expect the Largest Cable Company in the US, maybe the world, is not selling us something that won't work.

Dave Israel is blind to what we are doing. His tunnel vision is on DSL.

The first time he took out his Wi-Fi plan he held a meeting with his expert of choice. The expert said the businesses that we went to were planning on using were to small for this project. He said it could never be built because of the tower that was needed.

David Israel is, as hard as this is to understand, blind to these remarks. He presses on.

It is never going to happen!

So far the money put aside for this has not been spent. It was originally set up for investigation. We now have $400,000 in the kitty for investigation.. We had a few quotes that were $1,000,000 and over, thats $1 Million Dollars. We sit and wait.

If the reserves need this money the Treasurer says it will available.

I am still appalled that the Delegate Assembly gets lied to, especially when in session.
