I have been asked why I posted "Felon Rentals" and then took it off. The answer is quite simple. The facts as given to me were in error, rather than search it down through the criminal courts and records I removed it. The facts did not seem to support the convicted felon statement.
It seems that the facts are this:The facts you received supported the claim that
Steven Kerner who resides in Greenbrier A - the building where David Israel is
President - was arrested for drug trafficking. This part is true. The error is
that to the best of our knowledge, he was not convicted. This may change in the
future.
When more and accurate information appears it will be posted here.
Gary, sometime ago, there was an individual, who had committed murder, in another state, served his time, was released and found to be residing here, in a unit owned by his daughter, who was an attorney. He served on their board as well..whether he still resides here or not, I do not know...however, it is my understanding, that once an individual serves their time and is released, their "Right's" are restored ( child molester's are held to a different standard) frankly,

David Israel lives in Greenbrier C. I wasn't aware he is the president of Greenbrier A. Does he own a condo in Greenbrier A?
