Dave's Brag.

I have just finished reading Dave's Brag on his Very Private Blog. I am impressed with the list of his accomplishments. The list is a good brag.

But the problem is this is all past work and as such is prologue.

The real problem is we, I, have with this man is that he has morphed into a Dictator like President. He knows, insists, that everything has to be his way, It cannot be any other way.

Remember the Wizard of Oz? That was a regular man hidden behind a curtain, and insisting on things done his way.

This is what we have now with David Israel. Which is why I call him the Wizard.

Look at what is going on to-day.

He fires loyal and happy Volunteers for actions that are not even noticeable. What happened to Howie Silver. He loved the UCO job he had so what was the reason for the firing?

Look at the Graggs. They were happily running Channel 63, Then something happened to anger Black and/or Israel. Now they are gone.

And the biggest is that he has wrested control of the Clubhouse and Pools and decreed no more electioneering.

In the past, this was how the Elections and the Electioneering effort was run. But not since Team Dave took over.

All of these things that he said HE brought in, of course, were brought in by our loyal Volunteers.

The problem here is Management style. I don't like his! The lying, the dishonesty, the smirking, I don't like it.

But most of all is his bald-faced lying even when we all know the truth. It is as if he doesn't care who knows it.
