PASSING THE BUCK

UCO Treasurer Howard O’Brien and the finance committee decided to pass the buck on the road paving. Past precedent allocated enough money for the budget to pave the road every 15 years; they decided to advance the time to 20 years. When asked how this would be accomplished, David Israel – the clown - answered we will patch the roads as needed.   In all probabilities, given their respective ages, David Israel and the finance committee members will be dead in 20 years  -  if not,   they can join us on the bumpy road ahead.
