Elaine Brown has a problem supporting the Golf Course yet she does not have a problem supporting WiFi. Why? Because of pure unadulterated selfishness. SHE will save money with WiFi. She believes developing the Golf Course will not put money into HER pocket.
Elaine Brown is a pathetic person. There isn't a person that she doesn't talk about. She finds fault with everything and everybody. She has very few friends, if any. So why be concerned with anything that she has to say?
