So maybe there is something to the adage 'pay a man and get a days work'. Maybe we should be considering paying our help. Maybe we need to get away from the despotic rule we are getting now from our Chief Volunteer. Maybe we need to hire Managers on the top and Volunteers on the bottom, and give the control of all be the Delegates.
The only guy doing a creditable job is the Cam, and he is paid.
