Phyllis Richland

I HAVE HEARD THROUGH THE GRAPEVINE THAT SOME FOLKS ARE AFRAID THAT IF I BECOME PRESIDENT I WOULD TURN THE VILLAGE INTO A WELFARE STATE.
WELL, HERE’S THE SKINNY.
I AM NOT A SOCIALIST NOR  A BLEEDING HEART LIBERAL . I JUST CARE ABOUT MY FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS. ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT ARE ELDERLY AND LESS FORTUNATE THAN I.
I CAN DIRECT THOSE THAT ASK FOR HELP TO THE PROPER AGENCIES FOR THEIR PARTICULAR NEED.  UCO SHOULD NOT SIGN CONTRACTS WITH FEDERAL FUNDED SOCIAL WELFARE GROUPS AS MOST AGENCIES ARE. I SIGNED PERSONALLY WHEN I WAS VICE PRESIDENT  SO THAT I TOOK THE RESONSIBILITY. THIS WAY UCO WAS PROTECTED . AS PRESIDENT I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY  HELP THOSE THAT NEED HELP BUT IN A MORE GENERAL WAY AND NOT AS PERSONAL AS BEFORE.
I HOPE I CLEARED THIS RUMBLE UP A BIT. I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO YOUR ASSOCIATIONS AND OR YOUR BOARDS AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE SO THAT WHEN YOU VOTE FOR ME YOU HAVE A CLEAR IDEA OF WHERE I AM COMING FROM.
PLEASE CALL ME FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT 697-3601. THANK YOU,

                                                         PHYLLIS RICHLAND

  1. You did not clear anything up. After you left office the Food Stamp program was taken over by Anitra. You don't even sound like you are planning to do anything different if you are elected.

    1. This blogs get a lot of anonymous commentators. Could it be that one of them is David Israel?
