The truth about this little event is that the Grand daughter was taking her attorney finals here in WPB and wanted a place to sleep. The Richland's asked the President of the association for permission and it was given. Papers were signed to make it all proper and legal. But of course true to form Grace Macklin is more bent on doing as much damage to the the Richlands as possible, no matter the truth.

I see that David Israel has run a for free ad in the Reporter, This ad purports to say that Israel is running again, for the 4th time as UCO President. I have 2 questions.
1. When it is enough? We need new blood. We need new ideas. We need new approaches. What we don't need is the same old baloney, slow, but surely sliding into fascism.
2. Was this ad paid for? If so out of what account? If not, why not?
There are other Candidates that would like to run their ads. So what is the rule?

Instead he signed with pseudonym, Peyton Israel. This is the character of our President, running again for a 4th term. The biggest tattletale in Century Village! Albeit, the biggest liar.
Now we see and hear that the the Little man, the UCO President, has announced for a 4th term. He wants us all to know that he he done such good job, that we should elected him again. The fact that he enrages many of the unit owners with his actions, not with standing.

DELEGATES: Just do your JOB on MARCH 4TH. PUT the VILLAGE FIRST, WHEN VOTING. VOTE on the ISSUES CONCERNING THE VILLAGE & WHO BEST CAN FIX IT. If the ADMINISTRATION is BROKEN, YOU GOT TO FIX IT, FOR THE BETTER OF THE VILLAGE.
