to our retired (from life) volunteers, again Thank You Volunteers !
With what
it cost in Dollars to run UCO, with a few Dollars more, we can have young State
Licensed Professionals to control our well being and making correct legal
decisions. With out hearing the same remark, "I am Sorry I did my best or
I thought I was doing the right thing" ,
Not to mention the fear of the
Executive Board to vote against the majority.
I have asked this question for
Paid Property Management, time and time again, and the best answer I have
received is "We Are Looking Into It"... Please Century Village
Residents, for once lets all stand up and demand to Retire UCO.. and get State
Licensed Professional working for us, and not working for their little
"CLICK"
No disrespect to our volunteers, BUT GUYS, Come on, it is
really time to fully retire and let the paid professional work for us.... Thank

We should make a motion to Put Term Limits back in, retroactively, for the President and his executive Committee. his would get rid of the whole gang. I think 3 years is plenty.
Where is Randy Bouchard when we need him?

The people against a management company say it would cost too much money, but I say the money that our poorly elected UCO officials wasted over the years would more than pay the cost of an experienced management company. It would also eliminate all the hate mongering politics that go on in the village.

DeleteCompare the cost to the cost of the Village wide wi-fi and what do you get? Enough to pay 2 or 3 managers for 2 or 3 years.
