Articles of Incorporation being written in Secret

The Florida Sunshine Laws no longer exist in Goredetzer's Advisory Committee

The advisory Committee is conducting its business in complete secrecy. Sure they have a public meeting, and the public is invited, but the subject is Secret. As a matter of fact Goredetzer went so far as to talk in code about the By-Laws. The people present had no idea what she was talking about without a copy of the new and old By-laws.Which were given only to the Committee.

Can you tell me why that was necessary?

First off lets take a look at the proposed Articles of Incorporation as stated as a Florida Law. Below is the Law. Please note it is recommended that we use legal counsel, not pseudo counsel as is David Israel. Also note the statement of the possibility of significant tax consequences.

The form for filing Articles of Organization is basic. Each limited liability company is a separate entity and as such has specific goals, needs, and requirements. Additionally, the tax consequences arising from the structure of a limited liability company can be significant. The Division of Corporations recommends that all documents be reviewed by your legal counsel.

The Division is a filing agency and as such does not render any legal, accounting, or tax advice. The professional advice of your legal counsel to ascertain exact compliance with all statutory requirements is strongly recommended.

The other rumor is that the legal address will Israel's unit. Here is the Law.

What Is A Registered Agent?
A Registered Agent for the Corporation is someone with a physical address in Florida who will be responsible for receiving documentation or notices for the corporation. If you do not live in Florida, you must use someone located in Florida to act in the Registered Agent capacity for you. We can provide Registered Agent services for you for a fee. Note: Having a P.O. box in Florida is insufficient. The address of the Registered Agent must be a physical address.

Why wouldn't we use UCO's address. Why do we need the President, Davis Israel's,  address. Is he planning to be President for life? Why all the secrecy? If this happens, all mail from Tallahassee will go to David Israel before it gets to UCO.

What should not happen is a introduction and the opening up of these secrets to the Delegate's and then vote on it in a hurry.

First time any of this is up for a vote - Vote NO!. Lets consider and discuss very carefully. The remark that that the By-Laws are 30 -40 years old and are archaic is it itself a archaic remark. After all how old is the Declaration? How old is the Constitution?

This whole thing with its rush to judgement, secrecy, etal smacks of a kangaroo court with the defendants, which are us, being found guilty without any trail.

Delagates don't let this happen. Vote NO!
