Suing ourselves? Thats Nuts

Oh, where did this come from? We are suing ourselves if we go forward with the lawsuit. This thinking is so wrong that is not worth to remark upon.  But I will remark upon it.

Of course before we go any further there is the smart choice to opt-out and  then you have no body to answer to except your selves.

Now lets look at some examples of suing your selves. You are in a minor accident with your car who do you go to for redress? You have water damage in your condo, not your neighbors fault, who do you go to for redress? You slip on the wet side walk in front of the club house, who do you go to for redress? You slip on the wet sidewalk in front of your Condo, who do you go to for redress?

The answer in all cases is the same. You file a claim with the Insurance Company, the one you are paying premiums to, in Essence yourself. You are suing your self!

So this is the way it works. The insurance is not going to Cancel you or raise your premiums out of site.

The Insurance Companies are in the business of Premiums and Claims. They need customers, they want Customers. They exist for Customers.

People who say and believe that they should not put any claims in are fooling themselves. They are paying premiums without any chance of getting redress.

They are thinking like David Israel, who I cannot believe is thinking at all!

Tipping point? Exactly what does that mean? Does it mean that the Memorial WIfI effort of D.Israel is about to tip over and disappear? Then I am all for it. Tip away!!
