BETTI L BLECKMAN WROTE THE FOLLOWING ON DAVID’S BLOG:

It had always been about upholding the bylaws, nothing more, however Ms Tetro’s attitude has given one more food for thought! Her companions, no doubt have given her the “Courage” to adopt the mantra…

Pathetic to say the least!!!!!!

MY RESPONSE TO BETTI:

If you are talking about upholding the bylaws, I think you should look in the direction of David Israel. Mr. Israel has put an individual who is a renter and not an owner on a UCO committee.  If you took the time to read the so-called bylaws, you so admirably refer to; you will discover that this is a clear violation of those bylaws.  Therefore, when you call Ms Tetro’s supporters Pathetic, does it mean that David Israel is also pathetic?

On the other hand, are you being one-sided and  have you lost the  ability to use both sides of your brain?

  2. You mention BETTI L. DRECKMAN......she is that shapeless splotch who knows everything about anything and who talks about everybody. It's no wonder that they threw her out of the UCO Reporter office because nobody could stand the diarrhea that spewed out of her fat mouth.

She mentions the word "Courage." She doesn't have the foggiest idea what that word means..

To stand toe-to-toe with bird-brains like DRECKMAN, Dorothy Tetro does, indeed, exemplify the word "Courage."

DRECKMAN doesn't have a good word to say about anybody, so whatever she puts on her master's blog is just a pile of dreck. EDUARDO

    1. The problem with Dorothy Tetro is that she no longer lives in the village and is therefore no longer eligible to be our Treasurer. Do you suggest, Ed, that we throw away the by laws???

    2. Absolutely stupid, Even David Israel acknowledged the bylaws are ancient.

  3. Anonymous seems to believe Dorothy Tetro is not a resident. The fact is that Dorothy lives in both residents one in the village and one outside the village. This is a perfectly legal in our mobile society.
It's time to put this matter to rest.
    END OF STORY!

  4. So do many people who live in the village, including those on the Executive Board. Why is Dorothy being singled out? Because she knows too much. There were others on the Executive Board who voted from an address other than their CV address, and nobody thought twice about it. In my personal opinion, there's much more behind this than the question of whether or not Dorothy 'lives' here for 9 months out of the year. Describe 'lives' - describe 'resident' - describe 'domiciled'.

You know ,of course, that the UCO Bylaws are as old as men's garters.
But what you really need to do is read the Bylaws, as written, not the way you'd like to see them or understand them. Read them carefully, and don't plug anything else in between the lines.
I requested that my long time attorney read the Bylaws and relate them to Dorothy Tetro. He charged me a nominal fee which I gladly paid. He was also given the re-call charges with related documents.
He looked into the matter of homesteading, driver's license, voting place, and other matters relating to where you live. He told me, emphatically, that there was no offering of proof;and that the way the Bylaws are written, nothing can be substantiated by the charging party. He stated that if the matter was even brought to a court of law, a judge would immediately throw it out; that the claims would be considered frivolous.
My lawyer stated that the person or persons bringing forth these charges must prove them, and by the documents submitted, they haven't done that, not in a single instance. Dorothy Tetro lives (or use whatever term you wish), in Century Village and nobody can prove that she doesn't.
I could see you making a big fuss over Dorothy Tetro being UCO's Treasurer if she was doing a poor job. Just look at the facts,--she has done more for Century Village than any other treasurer has ever done, by far. And, that is a gross understatement.
People, such as yourself, have nothing better to do than criticize and complain. You really need to get a life, and stop bitching and moaning, like your corn flakes have gotten mushy.
Why don't you write about Ed Black and what he did while he was Treasurer,----you'd throw up. EDUARDO

  6. These upstanding citizens had nothing to say about bylaws when it came to getting proper bids for the paving, or getting proper engineers for the drainage. Bylaws are important for the opposition only.

  7. Mr. Ross, why would you pay for your lawyer to investigate the recall charges if you do not believe them to have some credibility? If you run for an office, it is the person running that must prove their residency, not the other way around. Your argument lacks any intelligence.
