So, what is happening? The Broadband initiative is supposed to be dead. The need of a Broadband was to be left in the hands of the Associations. But NO, the Mighty One refuses to let it lie. He keeps bringing it up and forming a Committee after Committee, to look into to it. He wants to see if he can sneak it through even though the Delegate Assembly has voted and said No to UCO Broadband.
What is it about NO, he does not understand?
